New date of DTC...

Well, 9/29 came and went and our papers did not go to China. I received a call on 9/28 saying that they were not sending any papers to China on Friday due to some sort of Convention in China. I guess everything closes down during this time. So now are papers are due to go out on Wednesday 10/4 (which is the day before Dean's Birthday!) Want to hear a funny thing...Well we sent the papers to our agency to start the adoption process on 5/10, which is the day before my birthday and we will have our papers sent to China on 10/4, which is the day before Dean's birthday. Crazy, huh??!! I just want them to be sent and on the way!!
